SP Bike Services is dedicated to providing high-quality doorstep motorcycle servicing and repairs with professionalism, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
2. Service Availability
Our services are available at your doorstep within our operational areas.
Customers can book appointments through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
Service hours: 9am to 6pm, 7 Days a week.
3. Booking and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 2 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Pricing and Payments
Service charges will be communicated before service confirmation.
Payment options: Online payments, UPI or cash.
Additional repairs or parts will be charged separately, with prior customer approval.
5. Quality Assurance
We use genuine spare parts and recommended lubricants.
Customers will receive a detailed service report after completion.
In case of dissatisfaction, customers must report issues within 24 hours for resolution.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure the bike is accessible for service at the scheduled time.
Bikes should be parked in a safe and serviceable location.
7. Liability & Warranty
SP Bike Services is not responsible for pre-existing issues beyond our service scope.
Warranty on General service is valid for 15 days from the service date, excluding accidental damage or misuse.
8. Safety & Compliance
Our technicians follow all safety protocols while servicing.
We comply with all local laws and environmental guidelines.
